Immunogen
F344 rat T cells stimulated with PMA (TPA) and calcium ionophore.
Specificity
Recognizes rat CD3, a 25kD antigen which is found on rat T-cells. Does not react with rat B cells. Functionally the addition of the antibody to a culture of rat T cells induces the proliferation of T-cells in the presence of PMA.

Usage
The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 ul. Method sheets are available on request.

Storage
Store at 4°C or at -20°C. Store undiluted. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Protect from light. Microcentrifugation recommended if solution contains precipitate.
