Usage

CD70 belongs to the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) ligand family. It is a cytokine that binds to CD27. Plays a role in T-cell activation. Induces the proliferation of costimulated T-cells and enhances the generation of cytolytic T-cells. Optimal dilution of the CD70 antibody should be determined by the researcher. This mAb blocks the interaction between CD27 and CD70, and has been shown to inhibit T cell proliferation induced by dendritic cells.
