  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

CD276 / B7-H3 antibody was raised against pDNA encoding chicken B7-H3 followed by B7-H3 Ig-fusion protein.
Recognizes chicken B7-H3, which is also known as CD276. B7-H3 is member of the B7 family of regulatory proteins. In mammals, B7-H3 expression is induced upon activation in T-cells, B-cells, dendritic cells, NK cells and monocytes. B7-H3 is also expressed by various carcinoma cells. B7-H3 has been described as a co-inhibitory molecule and is reported to negatively regulate Th1-mediated immune responses.
Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10^6 cells in 100 ul. Method sheets are available on request.

May participate in the regulation of T-cell-mediated immune response. May play a protective role in tumor cells by inhibiting natural-killer mediated cell lysis as well as a role of marker for detection of neuroblastoma cells. May be involved in the development of acute and chronic transplant rejection and in the regulation of lymphocytic activity at mucosal surfaces. Could also play a key role in providing the placenta and fetus with a suitable immunological environment throughout pregnancy.
