Specificity
Recognizes the human CD22 cell surface antigen, a 130/140kD glycoprotein expressed by cells of B lymphocyte lineage. CD22 is initially expressed cytoplasmically and subsequently on the cell surface during B cell maturation. It is lost upon terminal differentiation to plasma cells.

- Flow Cytometry (1:1 - 1:10)
Usage
Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 6 cells in 100 ul. Method sheets are available on request. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Reconstitution
Reconstitute with distilled water.
Storage
Store at 4°C. Do not freeze. Store undiluted. Protect from light. Microcentrifugation recommended if solution contains precipitate.
