Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

LS-E29950 - Liquid - 50 µg - $145.00
Immunizing peptide used to generate LS-B479. Useful for pre-absorption and neutralization of the antibody's antigen binding site.
Internal
Immunohistochemistry: LS-B479 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for LS-B479 was determined to be 5 ug/ml.

Packaging

PBS, 0.02% sodium azide.
Store at 4°C for 3 months and -20°C, stable for up to 1 year. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
For research use only.

About CD209 / DC-SIGN

Q9NNX6 NM_021155 NP_066978.1

CD209 Antibody, CD209 antigen Antibody, CD209 molecule Antibody, CDSIGN Antibody, CLEC4L Antibody, DC-SIGN Antibody, HIV gpl20-binding protein Antibody, DC-SIGN1 Antibody

Pathogen-recognition receptor expressed on the surface of immature dendritic cells (DCs) and involved in initiation of primary immune response. Thought to mediate the endocytosis of pathogens which are subsequently degraded in lysosomal compartments. The receptor returns to the cell membrane surface and the pathogen-derived antigens are presented to resting T-cells via MHC class II proteins to initiate the adaptive immune response.
