Fusion protein hCD200RCD4d3+4.
Specificity
Recognizes human CD200R, a cell surface glycoprotein (also known as OX2R). In humans CD200R is expressed primarily by peripheral blood monocytes and neutrophils but also by other leucocytes including T-lymphocytes and mast cells. Studies suggest that CD200-CD200R interaction may be involved in the control of myeloid cellular function.

Usage
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Flow Cytometry: Neat, Use 10 ul to label 1E6 cells in 100ul. Membrane permeabilization is required for this application. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
