Specificity
Recognizes the rat OX2 (CD200) ligand. This antigen is a heavily glycosylated 60-100kD cell surface molecule expressed by cells of the myeloid lineage but not by T or B lymphocytes.

- Applications tested for the base form of this product only
Usage
The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 ul. Method sheets are available on request.
