Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
(applications tested for the base form of this product only)
CD1A antibody was raised against human thymocytes.
Recognizes HTA1-C1 (Human Thymocyte Antigen Determinant C1) CD1a, an antigen expressed by human cortical thymocytes, Langerhans cells, and interdigitating cells. Species cross-reactivity: Canine, monkey and Cynomolgus monkey.
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Flow Cytometry: Neat; Use 10 ul to label 1E6 cells in 100ul. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
CD1A is a member of the CD1 family of transmembrane glycoproteins, which are structurally related to the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) proteins and form heterodimers with beta-2-microglobulin. The CD1 proteins mediate the presentation of primarily lipid and glycolipid antigens of self or microbial origin to T cells. The human genome contains five CD1 family genes organized in a cluster on chromosome 1.
