Specificity
Recognizes the human CD1a cell surface glycoprotein, a 49kD molecule expressed in association with beta 2 microglobulin. CD1a is expressed strongly by cortical thymocytes, and also by Langerhans cells and interdigitating cells. This product is routinely tested in flow cytometry on MOLT4 cells.

- Flow Cytometry (1:1 - 1:10)
Usage
Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 ul. Method sheets are available on request. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Storage
Store at 4°C or at -20°C. Store undiluted. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Protect from light. Microcentrifugation recommended if solution contains precipitate.
