Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

CD1A antibody was raised against human CD1a
This HI149 antibody has been pre-titrated and tested by flow cytometric analysis of MOLT-4 cells. This can be used at 20 ul (0.5 ug)/per test. A test is defined as the amount (ug)/test of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 ul. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Packaging

Aqueous buffer, 0.09% sodium azide, may contain carrier protein/stabilizer.
Store at +4°C. Do not freeze. Product is photosensitive and should be protected from light.

About CD1A

P06126 M28825 AAA51931.1

CD1A Antibody, CD1 Antibody, CD1A antigen, a polypeptide Antibody, CD1a molecule Antibody, FCB6 Antibody, HTA1 Antibody, HTa1 thymocyte antigen Antibody, R4 Antibody, T6 Antibody, CD1a antigen Antibody, Cluster of differentiation 1 A Antibody

CD1A is a member of the CD1 family of transmembrane glycoproteins, which are structurally related to the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) proteins and form heterodimers with beta-2-microglobulin. The CD1 proteins mediate the presentation of primarily lipid and glycolipid antigens of self or microbial origin to T cells. The human genome contains five CD1 family genes organized in a cluster on chromosome 1.
