Human EB-4 Burkitt lymphoma cell line.
Specificity
Recognizes human CD19, a 95kD cell surface glycoprotein, which is expressed on cells of the B cell lineage and follicular dendritic cells but absent on plasma cells. CD19 is an important signal transduction molecule which is involved in the regulation of B lymphocyte development, activation and differentiation.

Usage
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunoprecipitation. Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:200; 10 ul labels 10^6 cells in 100ul.

Storage
