  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

CD19 antibody was raised against mouse CD19
This 1D3 (1D3) antibody has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocytes. This can be used at less than or equal to 0.25 ug per test. A test is defined as the amount (ug) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 ul. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test. It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest.

PBS, pH 7.2, <=0.09% sodium azide, BSA and/or gelatin
Store at +4°C. Do not freeze. Product is photosensitive and should be protected from light.

About CD19

P15391 NM_001770 NP_001761.3

CD19 Antibody, B-lymphocyte antigen CD19 Antibody, CD19 molecule Antibody, Differentiation antigen CD19 Antibody, T-cell surface antigen Leu-12 Antibody, B4 Antibody, CD19 antigen Antibody, CVID3 Antibody

Lymphocytes proliferate and differentiate in response to various concentrations of different antigens. The ability of the B cell to respond in a specific, yet sensitive manner to the various antigens is achieved with the use of low-affinity antigen receptors. This gene encodes a cell surface molecule which assembles with the antigen receptor of B lymphocytes in order to decrease the threshold for antigen receptor-dependent stimulation.

Flow Cytometry

Flow Cytometry
Staining of BALB/c splenocytes with FITC anti-mo/hu B220 (RA3-6B2) (LS-C105879) and 0.125 ug of PE-Cy7 anti-mouse CD19. Cells in the lymphocyte gate were used for analysis.
