Recognizes human CD177 (neutrophil glycoprotein NB1). The neutrophil NB1 antigen is expressed by 97% of the Caucasian population. Antibodies against NB1 can be involved in neonatal alloimmune neutropenia (NAN). Species cross-reactivity: Rhesus monkey.

Usage
Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1E6 cells in 100ul. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
