Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About CD177

Q8N6Q3 NM_020406 NP_065139.2

CD177 Antibody, CD177 molecule Antibody, CD177 antigen Antibody, Cell surface receptor Antibody, HNA-2a Antibody, HNA2A Antibody, NB1 Antibody, PRV-1 Antibody, Polycythemia rubra vera 1 Antibody, PRV1 Antibody, NB1 glycoprotein Antibody, NB1 GP Antibody

CD177 encodes a glycosyl-phosphatidylinositol (GPI)-linked cell surface glycoprotein that plays a role in neutrophil activation. The protein can bind platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecule-1 and function in neutrophil transmigration. Mutations in this gene are associated with myeloproliferative diseases. Over-expression of this gene has been found in patients with polycythemia rubra vera.

Western blot
Western blot of CD177 expression in transfected 293T cell line by CD177 monoclonal antibody, clone 4C4.

Immunoprecipitation

Immunoprecipitation
Immunoprecipitation of CD177 transfected lysate using anti-CD177 monoclonal antibody and Protein A Magnetic Bead.

Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay
