Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Mouse Monoclonal [clone 4C4] (IgG2a,k) to Human CD177
IHC - Paraffin, Western blot, Immunoprecipitation, ELISA
Mouse Monoclonal (IgG1) to Human CD177
Human, Monkey (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Protein G purified
Specificity and Use
Recognizes human CD177 (neutrophil glycoprotein NB1).
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Flow Cytometry (neat): Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1E6 cells in 100ul. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
Lyophilized from PBS, 1% BSA, 0.09% sodium azide. Reconstitute, 1 ml distilled water.
CD177 encodes a glycosyl-phosphatidylinositol (GPI)-linked cell surface glycoprotein that plays a role in neutrophil activation. The protein can bind platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecule-1 and function in neutrophil transmigration. Mutations in this gene are associated with myeloproliferative diseases. Over-expression of this gene has been found in patients with polycythemia rubra vera.
