Usage
Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells or 100 ul whole blood Immunohistochemistry: This product does not require protein digestion pre-treatment but results are enhanced with heat mediated antigen retrieval in 0.01 M citrate buffer. Histology Positive Control Tissue: Tonsil/spleen.
