Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Mouse Monoclonal [clone BV10A4H2] (IgG1) to Human CD135 / FLT3
Immunoprecipitation, Flow Cytometry
Human CD135 / FLT3
Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
IgG1 Monoclonal [BV10A4H2]
Specificity and Use
CD135 / FLT3 antibody was raised against bV-173 pro-B cell line.
Recognizes the human CD135 cell surface antigen, also known as FLT3. This antigen is a glycoprotein of 155-160kD, which may also be expressed as a more 'immature' 130kD molecule. CD135 is expressed by monocytes, and also by a subset of CD34+ve bone marrow cells, which appear to be myeloid progenitor cells. Does not recognize mouse CD135.

Long term: -20°C; Short term: +4°C. Avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
Tyrosine-protein kinase that acts as cell-surface receptor for the cytokine FLT3LG and regulates differentiation, proliferation and survival of hematopoietic progenitor cells and of dendritic cells. Promotes phosphorylation of SHC1 and AKT1, and activation of the downstream effector MTOR. Promotes activation of RAS signaling and phosphorylation of downstream kinases, including MAPK1/ERK2 and/or MAPK3/ERK1.
