CD119 / IFNGR1 antibody was raised against fusion protein of the extracellular part of the human interferon-gamma receptor (aaAla17-Gly245) to 11aa of the c-myc proto-oncogene (for affinity purification).
Recognizes human extra-cellular interferon-gamma receptor (fused to c-myc), and a MW of 27000 corresponding to the non-glycosylated part (fused to c-myc). The antibody does not neutralize biological activity of interferon gamma.
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Flow Cytometry: 10 ul labels of a 1-10 ug/ml working dilution to 10^6 cells in 100ul. ELISA: 1 ug/ml. Western Blot: 1 ug/ml. Immunohistochemistry: 1-10 ug/ml. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
