Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoprecipitation. Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunohistochemistry: Stains megakaryocytes in bone marrow biopsy sections. Immunoprecipitation: 5 ug immunoprecipitates TPO receptor from 500 ug of DAMI RIPA lysate.
