  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About CCT3

CCT3 Antibody, CCT-gamma Antibody, CCTG Antibody, HTRiC5 Antibody, TCP-1-gamma Antibody, TRIC5 Antibody, PIG48 Antibody

CCT3 is a molecular chaperone that is a member of the chaperonin containing TCP1 complex (CCT), also known as the TCP1 ring complex (TRiC). This complex consists of two identical stacked rings, each containing eight different proteins. Unfolded polypeptides enter the central cavity of the complex and are folded in an ATP-dependent manner. The complex folds various proteins, including actin and tubulin. Alternate transcriptional splice variants have been characterized for this gene.

Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human lung carcinoma reacted with CCT3 Antibody , which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

Western blot

Western blot
Western blot of CCT3 (arrow) using rabbit polyclonal CCT3 Antibody. 293 cell lysates (2 ug/lane) either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected with the CCT3 gene (Lane 2).

Western blot

Western blot
Western blot of CCT3 Antibody in MCF7,CEM,K562,HL-60,HeLa cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). CCT3 (arrow) was detected using the purified antibody.

Flow Cytometry

Flow Cytometry
