Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
IHC - Paraffin (22 µg/ml)
Specificity and Use
CCR8 antibody was raised against synthetic 19 amino acid peptide from C-terminus of human CCR8. Percent identity with other species by BLAST analysis: Human (100%); Gorilla (95%); Gibbon, Monkey (89%); Marmoset (84%).
LS-E28827 - Liquid - 50 µg - $145.00
Immunizing peptide used to generate LS-A3847. Useful for pre-absorption and neutralization of the antibody's antigen binding site.
Human CCR8. BLAST analysis of the peptide immunogen showed no homology with other human proteins.
PBS, less than 0.1% sodium azide.
Aliquot and store undiluted at -20°C or below for up to 1 year. Can be stored undiluted at 4°C for up to 1 month. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
CCR8 is a member of the beta chemokine receptor family, which is predicted to be a seven transmembrane protein similar to G protein-coupled receptors. Chemokines and their receptors are important for the migration of various cell types into the inflammatory sites. This receptor protein preferentially expresses in the thymus. I-309, thymus activation-regulated cytokine (TARC) and macrophage inflammatory protein-1 beta (MIP-1 beta) have been identified as ligands of this receptor.
