Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

CCR7 antibody was raised against human CCR7
This 3D12 antibody has been pre-titrated and tested by flow cytometric analysis of normal human peripheral blood cells. This can be used at 20 ul (0.25 ug)/per test. A test is defined as the amount (ug)/test of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 ul. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test. It is recommended that the staining incubation time be increased to at least 45 minutes at 4°C for optimal staining. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Packaging

PBS, pH 7.2, <=0.09% sodium azide, BSA and/or gelatin
Store at +4°C. Do not freeze. Product is photosensitive and should be protected from light.

CCR7 Antibody, BLR2 Antibody, Chemokine (C-C) receptor 7 Antibody, CD197 Antibody, C-C CKR-7 Antibody, CMKBR7 Antibody, CC chemokine receptor 7 Antibody, CCR-7 Antibody, CD197 antigen Antibody, CDw197 Antibody, EBI1 Antibody, EVI1 Antibody, MIP-3 beta receptor Antibody, C-c chemokine receptor 7 Antibody, C-C chemokine receptor type 7 Antibody, CC-CKR-7 Antibody, Chemokine c-c motif receptor 7 Antibody

CCR7, a Chemokine Receptor, is involved in lymphocyte recirculation through secondary lymphoid organs and moving lymphocytes and dendritic cells into distinct tissue compartments. CCR7 is called the Epstein-Barr-induced receptor because it mediates Epstein-Barr viral effects on B lymphocytes. CCR7 expression is up-regulated in mature dendritic cells, B cells infected with EBV, and in CD4+ cells infected with human herpes virus 6 and 7.

Flow Cytometry

Flow Cytometry
Staining of normal human peripheral blood cells with APC anti-human CD45RA (HI100) (LS-C107334) and FITC anti-human CCR7 (3D12). Cells in the lymphocyte gate were used for analysis. This image was taken for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Flow Cytometry

Flow Cytometry
Staining of normal human peripheral blood cells with APC anti-human CD45RA (HI100) (LS-C107334) and 0.5 ug of FITC Rat IgG2a isotype control. Cells in the lymphocyte gate were used for analysis. This image was taken for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
