Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use
CCR6 antibody was raised against human CCR6 transfected NSO mouse myeloma cells.
Human CCR6 reacts with CCR6 transfected cells and not with the parent cell line by flow cytometry. The antibody shows no cross-reactivity with CCR1, CCR2, CCR3, CCR4, CCR5, CCR7, CXCR1, CXCR2, CXCR3, CXCR4 and STRL33 transfected cells. Species cross-reactivity: Cross-reacts with Human. Not yet tested in other species.
CCR6 is a member of the beta chemokine receptor family, which is predicted to be a seven transmembrane protein similar to G protein-coupled receptors. The gene is preferentially expressed by immature dendritic cells and memory T cells. The ligand of this receptor is macrophage inflammatory protein 3 alpha (MIP-3 alpha).
