CCR6 antibody was raised against synthetic peptide corresponding to aa 18-46 (Y18FVSVNTSYYSVDSEMLLCSLQEVRQFSR46) of human CCR6 (C-C chemokine receptor 6). Peptide sequence is <50% identical to other human chemokine receptors in this region. Percent identity by BLAST analysis: Human, Gorilla, Gibbon (100%); Monkey (86%).
Recognizes human CCR6. Peptide sequence is <50% identical to other human chemokine receptors in this region. Species cross-reactivity: mouse.
Immunohistochemistry: LS-B2481 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for LS-B2481 was determined to be 5 ug/ml. ELISA: 1:75000. Flow Cytometry: 50-100ul, 1-3 ul per 10^6 cells.
