Specificity and Use
CCR6 antibody was raised against recombinant human CCR6 (1-46aa) purified from E. coli.
The antibody has been tested by ELISA and Western blot analysis to assure specificity and reactivity. Since application varies, however, each investigation should be titrated by the reagent to obtain optimal results. Recommended dilution range for Western blot analysis is 1:500-1:1000.

CCR6 is a member of the beta chemokine receptor family, which is predicted to be a seven transmembrane protein similar to G protein-coupled receptors. The gene is preferentially expressed by immature dendritic cells and memory T cells. The ligand of this receptor is macrophage inflammatory protein 3 alpha (MIP-3 alpha).
Cell lysates of Raji (30 ug) were resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to NC membrane and probed with anti-human CCR6 (1:500). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.
