  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

CCR10 / GPR2 antibody was raised against synthetic 17 amino acid peptide from C-terminus of human CCR10. Percent identity with other species by BLAST analysis: Human, Gorilla, Gibbon, Monkey, Marmoset, Mouse, Rat, Bovine, Dog, Bat, Pig (100%); Hamster, Elephant, Rabbit (94%); Opossum (88%).
LS-E28155 - Liquid - 50 µg - $145.00
Human CCR10. BLAST analysis of the peptide immunogen showed no homology with other human proteins.
Immunohistochemistry: LS-A1154 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for LS-A1154 was determined to be 5 ug/ml.

PBS, less than 0.1% sodium azide.
Aliquot and store undiluted at -20°C or below for up to 1 year. Can be stored undiluted at 4°C for up to 1 month. Avoid freeze thaw cycles.

About CCR10 / GPR2

P46092 NM_016602 NP_057686.2

CCR10 Antibody, C-C CKR-10 Antibody, CC-CKR-10 Antibody, CCR-10 Antibody, C-C chemokine receptor type 10 Antibody, CC chemokine receptor 10 Antibody, G-protein coupled receptor 2 Antibody, GPR2 Antibody, G protein-coupled receptor 2 Antibody

Chemokines are a group of small (approximately 8 to 14 kD), mostly basic, structurally related molecules that regulate cell trafficking of various types of leukocytes through interactions with a subset of 7-transmembrane, G protein-coupled receptors. Chemokines also play fundamental roles in the development, homeostasis, and function of the immune system, and they have effects on cells of the central nervous system as well as on endothelial cells involved in angiogenesis or angiostasis.
