  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

CCR10 / GPR2 antibody was raised against synthetic peptide KPTEQVSWGLYSGYDEEAYSVGPLPELC corresponding to amino acids 4-31 of mouse CCR10. Percent identity by BLAST analysis: Mouse (100%); Rat (89%).
Recognizes mouse CCR10 (C-C chemokine receptor type 10), otherwise known as GPR2, (G-protein coupled receptor 2), a transmembrane glycoprotein and member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 family, highly expressed in the small intestine, colon, lymph nodes and Peyer patches, which acts as a receptor for the chemokines CCL27 (SCYA27/CTACK) and CCL28 (SCYA28). This product is reported as suitable for use in immunocytochemistry and shows minimal cross-reactivity with human CCR10.

PBS, 0.09% sodium azide, 0.1% BSA

Chemokines are a group of small (approximately 8 to 14 kD), mostly basic, structurally related molecules that regulate cell trafficking of various types of leukocytes through interactions with a subset of 7-transmembrane, G protein-coupled receptors. Chemokines also play fundamental roles in the development, homeostasis, and function of the immune system, and they have effects on cells of the central nervous system as well as on endothelial cells involved in angiogenesis or angiostasis.
