  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About CCR1

P32246 NM_001295 NP_001286.1

CCR1 Antibody, C-C chemokine receptor type 1 Antibody, CD191 Antibody, CD191 antigen Antibody, CKR-1 Antibody, CKR1 Antibody, CMKBR1 Antibody, CC-CKR-1 Antibody, CMKR1 Antibody, HM145 Antibody, MIP-1 alpha Antibody, RANTES-R Antibody, RANTES receptor Antibody, SCYAR1 Antibody, MIP-1 alpha receptor Antibody, C-C CKR-1 Antibody, CCR-1 Antibody, LD78 receptor Antibody, MIP-1alpha-R Antibody, MIP1aR Antibody

CCR1 is a member of the beta chemokine receptor family, which is predicted to be a seven transmembrane protein similar to G protein-coupled receptors. The ligands of this receptor include macrophage inflammatory protein 1 alpha (MIP-1 alpha), regulated on activation normal T expressed and secreted protein (RANTES), monocyte chemoattractant protein 3 (MCP-3), and myeloid progenitor inhibitory factor-1 (MPIF-1).

CCR1 Antibody immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human kidney tissue followed by peroxidase-conjugated secondary antibody and DAB staining.

Western blot

Western blot
Western blot of CCR1 Antibody in 293 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). CCR1 (arrow) was detected using the purified antibody.

Flow Cytometry

Flow Cytometry
CCR1 Antibody flow cytometry of 293 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
