  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About CCNH / Cyclin H

P51946 NM_001239 NP_001230.1

CCNH Antibody, Cyclin H Antibody, p34 Antibody, p37 Antibody, CAK Antibody, CAK complex subunit Antibody, Cyclin-H Antibody, MO15-associated protein Antibody

CCNH / Cyclin H belongs to the highly conserved cyclin family, whose members are characterized by a dramatic periodicity in protein abundance through the cell cycle. Cyclins function as regulators of CDK kinases. Different cyclins exhibit distinct expression and degradation patterns which contribute to the temporal coordination of each mitotic event. This cyclin forms a complex with CDK7 kinase and ring finger protein MAT1.

Western blot

Western blot
CCNH Antibody western blot of mouse kidney tissue lysates (35 ug/lane). The CCNH antibody detected the CCNH protein (arrow).

Flow Cytometry

Flow Cytometry
CCNH Antibody flow cytometry of HeLa cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
