  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About CCNA2 / Cyclin A2

P20248 NM_001237 NP_001228.1

CCNA2 Antibody, Cyclin-A2 Antibody, Cyclin A2 Antibody, CCN1 Antibody, CCNA Antibody, Cyclin-A Antibody, G2/mitotic-specific cyclin a Antibody

CCNA2 / Cyclin A2 belongs to the highly conserved cyclin family, whose members are characterized by a dramatic periodicity in protein abundance through the cell cycle. Cyclins function as regulators of CDK kinases. Different cyclins exhibit distinct expression and degradation patterns which contribute to the temporal coordination of each mitotic event. In contrast to cyclin A1, which is present only in germ cells, this cyclin is expressed in all tissues tested.

Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human hepatocarcinoma with Cyclin A (CCNA2) Antibody , which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

Western blot

Western blot
Western blot of anti-CCNA2 antibody in K562 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). CCNA2(arrow) was detected using the purified antibody.

Flow Cytometry

Flow Cytometry
Flow cytometric of HepG2 cells using Cyclin A (CCNA2) Antibody (bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
