MIP-1 beta Antibody Peroxidase Conjugated was prepared from whole rabbit serum produced by repeated immunizations with full length recombinant human MIP-1ß protein.

This antibody will recognize both native and recombinant human IL-9 in cell supernatants and certain body fluids. A control of similarly diluted normal rabbit IgG is recommended.

This protein-A purified antibody has been tested for use in ELISA and western blotting. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band approximately 15 kD in size corresponding to human MIP-1beta protein by western blotting in the appropriate cell lysate or extract. Immunology Research. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
