  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

CCL24 / Eotaxin 2 antibody was raised against e.coli derived recombinant Murine Eotaxin-2.
Mouse Eotaxin-2
The applications listed have been tested for the base form of this product. Alternate forms, such as conjugated, azide-free, or ready-to-use, have not been tested. ELISA: To detect mEotaxin-2 by direct ELISA (using 100 ul/well antibody solution) a concentration of 0.25-1 ug/ml of this antibody is required. This biotinylated polyclonal antibody, in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, allows the detection of at least 0.2-0.4 ng/well of recombinant mEotaxin-2. To detect mEotaxin-2 by sandwich ELISA (using 100 ul/well antibody solution) a concentration of 0.25-1 ug/ml of this antibody is required. This biotinylated polyclonal antibody, in conjunction with Polyclonal Anti-Murine Eotaxin-2 (LS-C104329) as a capture antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2-0.4 ng/well of recombinant mEotaxin-2. Western Blot: To detect mEotaxin-2 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1-0.2 ug/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant mEotaxin-2 is 1.5-3 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.

About CCL24 / Eotaxin 2

O00175 NM_002991 NP_002982.2

CCL24 Antibody, C-C motif chemokine 24 Antibody, Ckb-6 Antibody, CK-beta-6 Antibody, Eotaxin2 Antibody, MPIF-2 Antibody, MPIF2 Antibody, SCYA24 Antibody, Small-inducible cytokine A24 Antibody, Eotaxin-2 Antibody

CCL24 / Eotaxin 2 belongs to the subfamily of small cytokine CC genes. Cytokines are a family of secreted proteins involved in immunoregulatory and inflammatory processes. The CC cytokines are proteins characterized by two adjacent cysteines. The cytokine encoded by this gene displays chemotactic activity on resting T lymphocytes, a minimal activity on neutrophils, and is negative on monocytes and activated T lymphocytes.
