Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Anti-CCL20 / MIP-3-Alpha Antibody IHC-plus™ LS-B7409

Note: This antibody replaces LS-C104419

100% Guaranteed 100% Guaranteed
Mouse Monoclonal (IgG1,k) to Human CCL20 / MIP-3-Alpha
Human
IHC - Paraffin, Western blot, ELISA
Unconjugated

Details

Human CCL20 / MIP-3-Alpha
Mouse
Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
IgG1,k Monoclonal
Protein A purified

Applications

IHC - Paraffin (10 µg/ml), Western blot (0.2 - 0.4 µg/ml), ELISA (2 - 4 µg/ml)

Specificity and Use

CCL20 / MIP-3-Alpha antibody was raised against e.coli derived recombinant Human MIP-3alpha.
Human MIP-3alpha
Immunohistochemistry: LS-B7409 in an IHC-plus antibody, validated by our pathologists for use in IHC against formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human tissues (IHC validation procedure). A concentration of 10 ug/ml is recommended. ELISA: In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100 ul/well), a concentration of 2-4 ug/ml of this antibody will detect at least 1000 pg/ml of recombinant Human MIP-3alpha when used with biotinylated antigen affinity purified anti-Human MIP-3alpha (LS-C104612) as the detection antibody at a concentration of approximately 1-2 ug/ml. Western Blot: To detect Human MIP-3alpha by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.20-0.40 ug/ml. When used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, the detection limit for recombinant Human MIP-3alpha is 0.25-0.50 ng/lane, under non-reducing conditions.

CCL20 Antibody, Beta chemokine exodus-1 Antibody, Beta-chemokine exodus-1 Antibody, CKb4 Antibody, Exodus-1 Antibody, MIP-3a Antibody, MIP-3-alpha Antibody, LARC Antibody, ST38 Antibody, SCYA20 Antibody, C-C motif chemokine 20 Antibody, CC chemokine LARC Antibody, Mip-3alpha Antibody, MIP3A Antibody, Small-inducible cytokine A20 Antibody

Chemotactic factor that attracts lymphocytes and, slightly, neutrophils, but not monocytes. Inhibits proliferation of myeloid progenitors in colony formation assays. May be involved in formation and function of the mucosal lymphoid tissues by attracting lymphocytes and dendritic cells towards epithelial cells. C-terminal processed forms have been shown to be equally chemotactically active for leukocytes. Possesses antibacterial activity E.coli ATCC 25922 and S.aureus ATCC 29213.

Immunohistochemistry

Immunohistochemistry
Anti-CCL20 antibody IHC of human spleen, lymphocytes. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval. Antibody LS-B7409 concentration 10 ug/ml.
