Anti-MIP-3a (MOUSE) Monoclonal Antibody was produced in mouse by repeated immunizations with mature full length recombinant human MIP-3a produced in E.coli followed by hybridoma development.
Specificity
This antibody is specific for human MIP-3a protein. A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross-reactivity with MIP-3a from human sources based on 100% homology with the immunizing sequence. Cross-reactivity with MIP-3a from other sources has not been determined.

Usage
Anti-Human MIP-3a antibody has been tested for use in Western Blot. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user.
