  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

CCL17 / TARC antibody was raised against e.coli derived recombinant Human TARC.
Human TARC
Neutralization: To yield one-half maximal inhibition [ND] of the biological activity of hTARC (100 ng/ml), a concentration of 2-3 ug/ml of this antibody is required. ELISA: To detect hTARC by sandwich ELISA (using 100 ul/well antibody solution) a concentration of 0.5-2 ug/ml of this antibody is required. This antigen affinity purified antibody, in conjunction with Biotinylated Anti-Human TARC (LS-C104500) as a detection antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2-0.4 ng/well of recombinant hTARC. Western Blot: To detect hTARC by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1-0.2 ug/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant hTARC is 1.5-3 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.

CCL17 Antibody, A-152E5.3 Antibody, C-C motif chemokine 17 Antibody, CC chemokine abcd-2 Antibody, ABCD-2 Antibody, SCYA17 Antibody, T cell-directed CC chemokine Antibody, TARC Antibody, CC chemokine TARC Antibody, Small-inducible cytokine A17 Antibody

This antimicrobial gene is one of several Cys-Cys (CC) cytokine genes clustered on the q arm of chromosome 16. Cytokines are a family of secreted proteins involved in immunoregulatory and inflammatory processes. The CC cytokines are proteins characterized by two adjacent cysteines. The cytokine encoded by this gene displays chemotactic activity for T lymphocytes, but not monocytes or granulocytes. The product of this gene binds to chemokine receptors CCR4 and CCR8.
