  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About CCDC50

Q8IVM0 NP_848018.1

CCDC50 Antibody, C3orf6 Antibody, DFNA44 Antibody, YMER Antibody, Protein Ymer Antibody

CCDC50 is a soluble, cytoplasmic, tyrosine-phosphorylated protein with multiple ubiquitin-interacting domains. Mutations in this gene cause nonsyndromic, postlingual, progressive sensorineural DFNA44 hearing loss. In mouse, the protein is expressed in the inner ear during development and postnatal maturation and associates with microtubule-based structures.

Western blot

Western blot
Western blot of Chromosome 3 open reading frame 6 (YMER) in human skeletal muscle lysate in the 1) absence, 2) presence of immunizing peptide, 3) mouse skeletal muscle and 4) rat skeletal muscle lysate using LS-C148450 at 0.05 ug/ml, 0.25 ug/ml and 0.25 ug/ml respectively.
