Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoprecipitation. Western Blot: 0.01-0.1 ug/ml Detects HP1g protein in acid-extracted HeLa cell lysates. Immunohistochemistry: Detects HP1g positive cells in breast tissue. Immunoprecipitation (Chromatin): Immunoprecipitate HP1g from nuclear extracts and formalin-cross-linked chromatin.
