Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Anti-CBR / CBR1 antibody IHC staining of human small intestine. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval. Antibody LS-B11366 dilution 1:50.
Species: Human
Applications: IHC, IHC - Paraffin, Western blot, Peptide Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay
Immunohistochemical analysis of CBR1 staining in human breast cancer formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue section. The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0). The section was then incubated with the antibody at room temperature and detected using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen. The section was then counterstained with hematoxylin and mounted with DPX.
Species: Human, Monkey
Applications: IHC, IHC - Paraffin, ICC, Immunofluorescence, Western blot
Immunohistochemistry of Human esophagus cancer using CBR1 Polyclonal Antibody at dilution of 1:40.
Species: Human, Mouse, Rat
Applications: IHC, Western blot, ELISA
Immunohistochemistry of Human colon cancer using CBR1 Polyclonal Antibody at dilution of 1:40.
Species: Human, Mouse, Rat

Product Description

CBR1 antibody LS-C196827 is an unconjugated mouse monoclonal antibody to human CBR1 (CBR). Validated for ELISA and WB.
About CBR / CBR1
NADPH-dependent reductase with broad substrate specificity. Catalyzes the reduction of a wide variety of carbonyl compounds including quinones, prostaglandins, menadione, plus various xenobiotics. Catalyzes the reduction of the antitumor anthracyclines doxorubicin and daunorubicin to the cardiotoxic compounds doxorubicinol and daunorubicinol. Can convert prostaglandin E2 to prostaglandin F2-alpha. Can bind glutathione, which explains its higher affinity for glutathione-conjugated substrates. P16152 NM_001757 NP_001748.1
