Usage
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000. Western blot: Approx 33kD band observed in Human Colon lysates (calculated MW of 33.3kD according to NP_001217.2). Recommended concentration: 0.5-1.5 ug/ml.
