Recombinant full length human caspase-3 (His tagged).
Specificity
Detects a 36kDa protein corresponding to themolecular weight of caspase-3. Inapoptotic cells this antibody also detects20kDa and 18kDA proteins,corresponding to the processed formsof caspase-3. Upon induction ofapoptosis a weak 30kDa band may bedetected in some samples. This band isnot caspase-3 as it is detected incaspase-3 free MCF7 cell lysates.
