Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Rabbit Polyclonal (IgG) to Mouse CASP2 / Caspase 2

Rat Monoclonal (IgG2a) to Human CASP2 / Caspase 2
Human, Monkey, Mouse, Rat, Dog
Western blot, Immunoprecipitation
Human CASP2 / Caspase 2
Human, Monkey, Mouse, Rat, Dog (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Protein G purified
Western blot (2 µg/ml)
Specificity and Use
His-tagged p19 fragment of recombinant human caspase-2.
Recognizes an epitope in the human p19 subunit of, caspase-2. Detects bands of ~51kD (procaspase-2), ~32kD and ~18kD (cleavage products) by Western blot. Species cross-reactivity: mouse, rat, monkey, canine.
Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation and Western Blot. Western Blot: 2 ug/ml.
PBS, 0.02% sodium azide.
Short term: 4°C. Long term: Store at -20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Caspases are a family of cysteine proteases that can be divided into the apoptotic and inflammatory caspase subfamilies. Unlike the apoptotic caspases, members of the inflammatory subfamily are generally not involved in cell death but are associated with the immune response to microbial pathogens. Members of this subfamily include caspase-1, -4, -5, and -12 and can activate proinflammatory cytokines such as IL-1b and IL-18.
