Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Popular CASP10 / Caspase 10 Products

Western blot of Caspase-10 B/C antibody
Species: Human
Applications: IHC, Immunofluorescence, Western blot, ELISA
Immunohistochemical analysis of Caspase 10 staining in human colon cancer formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue section. The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0). The section was then incubated with the antibody at room temperature and detected using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. AEC was used as the chromogen. The section was then counterstained with hematoxylin and mounted with DPX.
Species: Human, Mouse, Rat
Applications: IHC, IHC - Paraffin, ICC, Immunofluorescence, Western blot
Anti-Caspase 10 antibody IHC of human tonsil. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval. Antibody LS-B8380 dilution 5 ug/ml.
Species: Human
Applications: IHC, IHC - Paraffin, Immunofluorescence, Western blot, Peptide Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay
Western blot of HeLa cell lysate using Caspase 10 Antibody
Species: Human
Applications: IHC, ICC, Immunofluorescence, Western blot

About CASP10 / Caspase 10
CASP10 / Caspase 10 is a protein which is a member of the cysteine-aspartic acid protease (caspase) family. Sequential activation of caspases plays a central role in the execution-phase of cell apoptosis. Caspases exist as inactive proenzymes which undergo proteolytic processing at conserved aspartic residues to produce two subunits, large and small, that dimerize to form the active enzyme. This protein cleaves and activates caspases 3 and 7, and the protein itself is processed by caspase 8. Q92851 NM_001230 NP_001221.2
