Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
IHC - Paraffin (5 µg/ml)
Specificity and Use
LS-E30034 - Liquid - 50 µg - $145.00
Immunizing peptide used to generate LS-B4698. Useful for pre-absorption and neutralization of the antibody's antigen binding site.
CARMA3 antibody is human specific. At least three isoforms of CARMA3 are known to exist; this antibody will only detect isoform 1. CARMA3 antibody is predicted not to cross-react with other CARMA proteins.
PBS, 0.02% sodium azide.
Store at 4°C for three months and -20°C, stable for up to one year. Avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles.
The caspase recruitment domain (CARD) is a protein module that consists of 6 or 7 antiparallel alpha helices. It participates in apoptosis signaling through highly specific protein-protein homophilic interactions. CARDs induce nuclear factor kappa-B (NFKB; MIM 164011) activity through the IKK (e. g., IKBKB; MIM 603258) complex. CARD9 (MIM 607212), CARD10, CARD11 (MIM 607210), and CARD14 (MIM 607211) interact with BCL10 (MIM 603517) and are involved in NFKB signaling complexes.
