Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Mouse Monoclonal [clone 7711] (IgG1) to Campylobacter jejuni
Western blot, ELISA
Campylobacter jejuni (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
IgG1 Monoclonal
Western blot (1:10 - 1:50)
ELISA (1:20 - 1:200)
Specificity and Use
Detects Campylobacter jejuni, a curved, rod-shaped gram negative bacterium which is a member of the Campylobacteraceae family. C. jejuni are motile with a polar unsheathed flagellum which results in a corkscrew like motion. C. jejuni occur primarily as commensals in humans and domestic animals, particularly in chickens where gut temperatures of 42oC are optimal for growth. C. jejuni are one of the most common causes of human diarrhea in the world. Campylobacter infections are also associated with post infectious complications including arthritis, Reiter syndrome and Guillain-Barre syndrome. Does not react with H. pylori, E. coli, Salmonella, Shigella, P. aeruginosa, Yersinia, Citrobacter.
Western Blot: LS-C58150 detects a band of approximately 100kD.
