Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Rat CAMK2 / CAMKII
Rat (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Protein G purified
Western blot (1 µg/ml)
Specificity and Use
CAMK2 / CAMKII antibody was raised against synthetic peptide from rat Calcium/Calmodulin-dependent Protein Kinase Type II (CAMK2).
Detects phosphorylated CaMKII from rat tissues. Specific for alpha and beta subunits of CaMKII only when they are phosphorylated at Thr-286/287 (in beta).
Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunofluorescence, Immunoprecipitation and Western Blot. Western Blot: 1 ug/ml was sufficient for detection of 0.2 ug CAMKII by colorimetric immunoblot analysis using Goat anti-mouse IgG: HRP as the secondary antibody.
PBS, pH 7.4, 0.09% azide, 50% glycerol.
Long term: -20°C; Short term: +4°C. Avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
