Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use
Cadherin antibody was raised against synthetic peptide from the C-terminal end of chicken N-cadherin.
Recognizes members of the Cadherin family of proteins including E-cadherin, N-cadherin, P-cadherin and R-cadherin. Species cross-reactivity: Human, mouse, rat, chicken, canine, monkey, bovine and Xenopus.
Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Immunohistochemistry: 2.5-5 ug/ml for 30 min at RT. Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0. Stains human lung small cell carcinoma using peroxidase-conjugate and AEC chromagen. Note membrane staining of tumor cells. Positive control: Tonsil, squamous epithelium.
PBS, pH 7.4, 0.2% BSA, 0.1% sodium azide. Also supplied without BSA, sodium azide. See C0107-10X.
