Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 0.1-1 ug/ml. Western Blot: 1-2 ug/ml. Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 1-2 ug/ml. Best results obtained by subjecting tissue to heat-induced epitope retrieval (HIER). Positive control: WB: A431 cell extracts.
