Specificity
Recognizes the a allele of the polymorphic cell surface antigen Bu-1. Bu-1a is a 70kD alloantigen expressed on B cells and a subset of macrophages. Reports suggest that Bu-1 is expressed on B cell precursors at early stages of development. Weak cross-reactivity with Bu-1b may be seen at higher antibody levels. This may be removed by appropriate titration.

Usage
The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 ul. Method sheets are available on request.

Storage
Store at 4°C or at -20°C. Store undiluted. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Protect from light. Microcentrifugation recommended if solution contains precipitate.
