Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

BTN3A1 / CD277 antibody was raised against human BTN3A1
This BT3.1 (20.1, BT3.1) antibody has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of normal human peripheral blood mononuclear cells. This can be used at less than or equal to 1 ug per test. A test is defined as the amount (ug) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 ul. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test. It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest.

Packaging

PBS, pH 7.2, 150 mM sodium chloride, 0.09% sodium azide
Store at 4°C, avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles.

BTN3A1 Antibody, BT3.1 Antibody, CD277 antigen Antibody, BTF5 Antibody, CD277 Antibody

Plays a role in T-cell activation and in the adaptive immune response. Regulates the proliferation of activated T-cells. Regulates the release of cytokines and IFNG by activated T-cells. Mediates the response of T-cells toward infected and transformed cells that are characterized by high levels of phosphorylated metabolites, such as isopentenyl pyrophosphate.

Flow Cytometry

Flow Cytometry
Staining of normal human peripheral blood cells with.5 ug of Purified Mouse IgG1, K isotype control (open histogram) or.5 ug of Purified anti-human CD277 antibody (colored histogram). Cells in the lymphocyte gate were used for analysis.
