Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use
BRUCE / BIRC6 antibody was raised against the epitope recognized maps to a region between residues 4775 and the C-terminus (residue 4289) of human Baculoviral IAP repeat-containing 6 using the numbering given in Swiss-Prot entry Q9NR09 (GeneID 57448).
This antibody is specific to the BRAC6/Apollon protein. Species cross-reactivity: Human. Other species not yet tested.
Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry (paraffin-embedded sections).
BIRC6 Antibody, APOLLON Antibody, BRUCE Antibody, KIAA1289 Antibody
Anti-apoptotic protein which can regulate cell death by controlling caspases and by acting as an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase. Has an unusual ubiquitin conjugation system in that it could combine in a single polypeptide, ubiquitin conjugating (E2) with ubiquitin ligase (E3) activity, forming a chimeric E2/E3 ubiquitin ligase. Its tragets include CASP9 and DIABLO/SMAC. Acts as an inhibitor of CASP3, CASP7 and CASP9. Important regulator for the final stages of cytokinesis.
